Patient Care Coordinator- Concierge Audiology Practice
We're a boutique audiology practice located on the northside of Indianapolis, dedicated to delivering an exceptional personalized experience for every patient. We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who delivers warm, polished service while keeping the practice running smoothly. If you're organized, confident on the phone and love creating an exceptional patient experience, this role is for you. This full time position is ideal for someone who wants responsibility and autonomy in a premier concierge medical practice.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first impression of the practice- greeting every patient with warmth, professionalism and genuine care.
- Manage inbound calls with confidence, triage patient needs , and provide quick accurate support, including scheduling appointments.
- Make outbound calls for reminders, follow-ups, and recall scheduling to keep patients engaged and on track.
- Own the schedule- book efficiently, fill openings, manage cancellations and keep the two doctors' days running smoothly.
- Document call outcomes and updates in the EMR for seamless continuity of care.
- Handle patient intake, forms, and EMR management.
- Check patients in and out, collecting payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Ensure the environment is immaculate, organized and welcoming.
- Manage all communications with empathy, clarity and professionalism (phone, text and email).
- Guide patients through basic hearing device troubleshooting and device pairing.
- Provide feedback on operational efficiency and help lead solutions.
