Patient Account Representative (PAR)

As a Patient Account Representative (PAR), you’ll play a key role in helping patients resolve their medical accounts. This is a customer-focused position where you’ll provide support, answer questions, and guide patients through their payment options with professionalism and care. What You’ll Do

Take inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with account questions.

Explain balances, payment options, and financial responsibilities clearly and professionally.

Negotiate payment arrangements and process payments accurately.

Update patient information and maintain accurate account records.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve account issues.

Meet performance goals while providing excellent customer service.

Compensation
- Starting $16/hour and ranging up to $21/hour (Job typically starts at $16)
