Professional Eyecare Centers is seeking a full-time employee to join their team as an optician. Duties include:
- Greet patients with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
- Provide guidance on frame styles, lens options, and coatings
- Maintain stock levels of eye wear frames, lenses, and accessories
- Take accurate measurements for frame fitting
- Read and interpret optical prescriptions
- Assist patients in selecting eye wear that suits their needs, lifestyle, and preferences
- Prepare and dispense eyewear as prescribed
- Address patients inquiries and resolve any concerns regarding eyewear
- Repair and adjust eyewear
- Handle patient files, orders, and billing information accurately
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
