Summary:
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and hiring top talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring needs. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruiting, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving candidate engagement. This position will involve collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and leaders to build strong teams that drive our mission forward. In addition, the Corporate Recruiter will manage and support the company’s talent acquisition strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ADP) and other sourcing channels (including community-based organizations) to drive applicant flow and develop strong talent pipelines, leveraging innovative strategies and market analysis to optimize recruitment efforts and KPI’s
- Collaborate with senior and line management to ensure a deep understanding of job responsibilities and define successful candidate profiles; provide expert advice regarding recruiting strategy, salary ranges, and role requirements to optimize potential for hiring the most qualified and successful talent
- Manage requisitions by reviewing applications, assessing qualifications, and determining which candidates possess the education, experience, knowledge and skills to advance in the selection and placement process
- Continuously partner with HR team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events
- Manage and facilitate video interviews to identify top talent; provide thoroughly screened candidate information to the hiring team
- Organize and schedule interviews for hiring team members; lead discussions on interview feedback and selection decisions, seeking input and adjusting criteria as needed
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, phone screening, and offer process
- Work in collaboration with the members of the Talent Acquisition Team to identify, capture and report relevant and creative sourcing techniques to identify trends and assess progress
- Work with managers to evaluate employee retention and to adjust minimum employee qualifications to ensure higher employee success rates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with passive candidates
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities
- Assist in writing and posting job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements and company culture
- Maintaining talent pipelines and creating talent pools for future hiring needs
- Tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on hiring progress to HR leadership
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process
- Promote and deliver a world-class, outstanding candidate experience, ensuring seamless engagement from initial outreach to the new hire start date
- Extend offers and manage negotiations
- Properly disposition candidates during the application process, up to and including status of interviews, conditional offer, or rejection
- Lead weekly recruiting meetings to align on talent pipeline and hiring manager feedback
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Travel periodically to remote offices and other trips as required.

Special Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Prior experience with Linked-In and other forms of technology used for recruitment required
- Strong ability to use MS Office, databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve talent acquisition strategies
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Ability to design and implement recruiting strategy
- Highly resourceful, leveraging existing technology to source candidates through social media, employee lists from the competitive landscape, on-line networking, internet, and other website functions
- Polished written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate clear direction and expectations; modify messaging based on audience (executive, team, candidate etc.)
- Able to create and foster collaborative consultative relationships with hiring managers, high service delivery with consistent and constant communication
- Dedicated effort to the candidate experience; able to effectively communicate with and recruit passive job seekers and share the value of joining the organization
- Strong initiative and solid judgment to provide coaching, manage candidates and influence hiring managers
- Demonstrated accountability for individual performance and the performance of the team in a collaborative team environment with shared responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Strong organizational and professional communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- Ability to travel as needed (5-10%)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration, Communications, Psychology or related degree preferred
- Full-cycle, exempt-level recruiting experience required
- Sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar) required
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal parameters, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence essential
- Experience with an Applicant tracking system, preferably ADP, required
- Minimum of 5 years’ corporate recruitment experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional office environment, preferred
License and Certification:
- Recruiting or Sourcing Certification (i.e., AIRS CIR etc.) preferred

Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 50% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and similar machines. At times, bending, reaching, standing, and walking may be required.
