The Opportunity:You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You will leverage relationships with key stakeholders such as Solutions Engineers, Product Owners, Delivery and Development teams as required. This role will report to the Vice President of Sales. The successful candidate will work remotely servicing North America.Duties/Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media to grow book of businessSet up meetings with potential clients to complete discovery process to understand pain points and business goalsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, collaborating with the greater sales and product teamCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataEnsure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrationsParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferencesNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections with your customersCollaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsRequired Skills/Abilities:Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or relevant roleKnowledgeable in Utility IOU CAPEX/OPEX, Transmission and Distribution for Electric and GasKnowledgeable in AEC solutions that support Utility Transmission and Distribution projectsProficiency in EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeHands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce) software is a plusThorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesFast learner and passion for salesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachAptitude in delivering attractive presentationsProject Management and ability to manage book of business and multiple opportunities simultaneously
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
