We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter / HR Generalist to support our continued growth and talent initiatives. This hybrid role is primarily focused on full-cycle recruiting while providing foundational HR support across onboarding, offboarding, policy management, and basic benefits administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and is comfortable working closely with leadership to build out scalable hiring and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting (85%)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans, and candidate profiles.
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Maintain ATS records and ensure consistent candidate communication.
- Support offer development and delivery, including compensation discussions where appropriate.
- Track recruiting metrics related to pipeline, time-to-fill, and hiring success.
HR Generalist (15%)
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
- Assist with maintaining and updating company policies and employee handbook documentation.
- Support benefits renewals, open enrollment communication, and employee questions.
- Help maintain employee personnel files and HR compliance records.
- Partner with leadership to improve HR workflows, documentation, and employee processes as the company grows.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience; agency and/or in-house strongly preferred.
- Exposure to HR generalist duties such as onboarding, policy documentation, or benefits coordination.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume requisition load.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity with confidential information.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and general HR tools
Salary : $75,000 - $130,000
