Maintenance Technician – Injection MoldingLocation: Golden, CO (this site is not on public transportation routes)Pay: $35–$40/hr Quarterly Profit Share Overview:We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our injection molding operations and maintain facility systems. This hands-on role ensures production runs smoothly while keeping the workplace safe and organized. Key Responsibilities:Maintain injection molding machines, molds, and support equipment (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, thermal, vacuum systems).Perform routine mold assembly, cleaning, minor machining, and welding.Maintain facility systems: HVAC, cooling tower, lighting, plumbing, doors, and general upkeep.Assist in installing new equipment and tracking parts/inventory.Support a safe, organized work environment and perform other duties as assigned.
