Are you a seasoned CNC machining leader who still likes being on the shop floor?

This is an opportunity to take a growing precision machine shop to the next level—leading machinists, driving production, solving complex problems, and helping shape how the operation grows.

You’ll work directly with ownership and have a real voice in people, processes, equipment, scheduling, and production. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in the work and doesn’t shy away from complex, tight-tolerance projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily production and keep jobs moving to schedule
• Direct, coach, and develop machinists
• Troubleshoot machining, setup, tooling, and workflow issues
• Jump in hands-on when the floor needs technical support
• Help optimize tooling, workholding, processes, and shop flow
• Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions
• Partner with ownership on scheduling, staffing, equipment, and growth
• Help build the processes and culture of a growing operation

What You Bring

• Previous CNC machine shop leadership/Foreman experience — this is not a first-time leadership role
• Strong hands-on CNC machining and setup experience
• Job-shop/high-mix production experience
• Solid knowledge of tooling, workholding, and machining processes
• Proven ability to direct production and hold schedules accountable
• Hands-on, problem-solving leadership style

Big Plus: CNC programming, Mastercam, and 3-axis/5-axis machining experience.
