What you’ll do: As an independent contractor, you’ll customize and deliver evidence-based instructional practices using your own presentation style, while staying aligned to our content and outcomes. You’ll model classroom-ready techniques, guide meaningful conversation, and help educators take strategies from “good idea” to “ready to use.”
What matters to us: A bachelor’s degree (or higher) and a genuine passion for training educators in innovative, research-aligned practices. Familiarity with the spirit of “professional learning” (job-embedded, collaborative, data-informed) is a plus.
The work style: Remote and project-based. Earnings vary based on individual effort, business experience, diligence, and leadership.
