Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee shipping and receiving operations for multiple clients enrolled in our 3PL program. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound truck activity, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
The Warehouse Lead plays a key role in maintaining safety standards, organizing product flow, and communicating with clients regarding logistics and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Manage shipping and receiving for inbound and outbound trucks
- Safely operate forklifts to load and unload shipments
- Perform inventory management and control
- Coordinate client communication and scheduling, including dock appointments and calendar management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and fleet support as needed
- Ensure proper organization and safe stacking of products in the warehouse
- Support additional deliveries or warehouse needs during lighter workload days
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience required
- Clamp forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage schedules, communication, and logistics tasks
- Commitment to workplace safety and efficiency
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
