Role Description
This is a full-time or part time on-site or telehealtj position for an Outpatient Fee For Service Clinician based in East Greenwich, RI. Responsibilities include providing counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, and families. The clinician will work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and maintain accurate and confidential client records. The role may also involves regular communication with other team members to ensure continuity of care and support for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in counseling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and creating treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with mental and behavioral health documentation and record-keeping
- Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field
- Active licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Rhode Island
- Commitment to compliance with ethical and professional standards in mental health practice
