INDEPENDENT FLOOR CARE CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY
Professional Cleaning LLC is seeking an experienced Independent Cleaning Contractor to perform floor strip and wax services at 5 Save A Lot locations throughout the St. Louis area.
SERVICE DETAILS
- 5 Save A Lot locations
- Approximately 20,000 square feet of strip-and-waxable flooring per location
- Strip & wax services performed 2 times per year
- $1,500 -$1,800 per location, per service depending on experience
- 2 days of work required per location
- Services are performed after business hours
- Typical start time: 9:00 PM
- All work must be fully completed by 5:00 AM
- Professional Cleaning LLC will supply the strip and wax chemicals
- Contractor must provide their own professional floor-care equipment
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable floor strip and wax experience
- Must have professional floor-care equipment suitable for approximately 20,000 square feet per location
- Must provide previous pictures of completed strip-and-wax projects
- Must provide valid identification
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must wear a Professional Cleaning LLC company shirt while performing services
- Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Must be dependable and able to meet strict overnight completion deadlines
- Must follow all site-specific procedures and Professional Cleaning LLC cleaning standards
COMPENSATION
$1,500 to 1,800 per completed location/service
With 5 locations:
- Services performed 2 times per
Professional Cleaning LLC will provide the required strip-and-wax chemicals. The independent contractor is responsible for labor, transportation, equipment, and completing each location within the required overnight service window.
