What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hearth Technician: Chimney Sweeps, Inspections, and Installations. position at Professional Chimney Sweeps?
We are expanding both our installation and inspection crews. No previous knowledge is necessary, we will train. This role will be trained in installing various units, sweeping and inspecting a chimney, servicing units, etc.
The schedule for this position is: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Saturdays only if needed.
Typically schedule 40 hours a week but we are family owned and operated and know family comes first so given enough notice ahead we accommodate time off our people request whether it be for attending a school trip with kids or other reasons.
Starting pay for someone with absolutely no experience is $15.00 per hour.
Depending on your experience, capabilities, and if you have any certifications starting pay would be more.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift heavy equipment and products (Using proper equipment)
Must be comfortable on roofs and ladders
Framing Experience is a plus
Must have drivers license
