What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Support Coordinator position at Professional Case Management Services of America, Inc?
Professional Case-Management Services of America (PCSA) currently has a full-time entry level opening in the Adel, GA and Moultrie, GA area and the surrounding counties.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Maintaining a caseload of 35 – 40 individuals of the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD) population.
- Maintain a current knowledge of all DBHDD state standards, guidelines, policies and procedures as related to service provision to the individuals with disabilities
- Communicate the mission and vision of PCSA to participants, families and Residential/Day Program providers along with other stakeholders when providing treatment planning for the individuals on your assigned caseload.
- Attend meetings with families, providers or to the region when requested by the Area or General Manager.
Other responsibilities and skillset required:
- Computer experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook; required
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Be able to independently manage time to fill a productive workday while meeting established benchmarks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, within allotted time frames
- Excellent communication and relationship skills, including verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- To be detail-oriented, a requirement necessary for weekly documentation
- Must have access to a laptop and internet connection.
