Carpet Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet and floor care services, ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough cleaning and maintenance of various commercial and residential spaces. Responsibilities

• Operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools to remove stains, dirt, and debris from carpets and upholstery
• Conduct janitorial and custodial duties as needed to uphold cleanliness standards in client facilities
• Apply environmentally friendly cleaning solutions safely and effectively
• Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly
• Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and reporting repairs needed
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about services performed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, or environmental services is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. We
