What You'll Do
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the recreation building, clubhouse, fitness areas, restrooms, pool deck, walkways, and additional common areas.
Key daily/weekly responsibilities include:
- Keep the swimming pool area free of debris, straighten furniture, clean restrooms/showers, and maintain grill areas
- Sweep, mop, and maintain the lobby, mailroom, and entrance areas
- Clean and restock restrooms and showers across several facility areas
- Maintain and clean the clubhouse, ballroom, kitchen, craft rooms, card rooms, and billiard room
- Dust, polish, mop, sanitize, and maintain all assigned interior spaces
- Assist with event setup/breakdown and periodic deep-cleaning projects
- Occasionally help with light painting and preventative upkeep
- Perform seasonal and as-needed custodial tasks
- Report maintenance issues promptly and assist the maintenance team when appropriate
- Be available for rare after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation)

Schedule
Full-time with occasional weekend or event-related coverage. Hours may vary to ensure full coverage of the property.
