This role is key to maintaining smooth daily operations and supporting both our office team and field representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform bookkeeping, invoicing, and record-keeping using QuickBooks
Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks
Manage phone and email communications with clients and vendors
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and calendar appointments
Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supply inventory
Provide support to management and client service staff
Promote the company through various digital and traditional media platforms
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with computers and office software (Microsoft Office, email platforms, etc.)
Energetic, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
Experience with HouseCall Pro is a plus, but not required
