About the Company
We are a growing resort wear and apparel brand focused on building a premium, scalable fashion business. As we expand our collections, sales channels, and global presence, we are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize all operational aspects of the company.
This role is based in Dallas, Texas, and requires hands-on experience in fashion, apparel, or resort wear, as well as proficiency in ApparelMagic and Shopify to manage inventory, orders, and e-commerce operations.
Role Overview
The COO will oversee day-to-day business operations, streamline processes, manage logistics and supply chain, and lead internal teams. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands-on operational execution, ensuring the brand scales efficiently while maintaining product quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations across all departments
- Build, implement, and optimize operational processes and workflows
- Manage production, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, and factories to ensure timelines and quality standards
- Lead and manage internal teams, promoting accountability and efficiency
- Use ApparelMagic to manage inventory, production, and wholesale operations
- Use Shopify to manage e-commerce operations, product launches, and merchandising
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Monitor KPIs related to operations, costs, and efficiency
- Partner with the Founder/CEO to execute company strategy and growth plans
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a COO, Operations Manager, or senior operations leader
- Mandatory experience in fashion, apparel, swimwear, or resortwear
- Proficiency in ApparelMagic and Shopify
- Strong understanding of production cycles, supply chain, and inventory management
- Experience managing international vendors and logistics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas
