What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA Personal Care Assistant position at Professional and Quality Home Care LLC.?
Patient schedule as follow:
Monday to Friday 8:30AM-2:30PM
Start date: 11/5/2025
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals in their homes or healthcare facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices and techniques
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field preferred
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or healthcare facilities
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
