This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Shared Services, offering significant influence, transformation, ownership, and long-term growth potential.
The Opportunity

As Senior Director of Shared Services, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable (P2P) and Accounts Receivable (O2C) functions
- Oversee global shared services operations, including offshore delivery
- Drive process redesign, automation, and operational excellence
- Improve working capital performance and service quality metrics
- Act as a strategic business partner across Controllers, GMs, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Revenue Assurance.
This is not a maintenance role—this is a build, transform, and elevate opportunity.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 10 years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience
- Deep expertise in Shared Services, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and execute change at scale
