Outside Sales Representative – Florida Territory

We’re seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to cover the entire state of Florida, developing and maintaining key relationships across major markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insulation and building materials industry
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals across the Florida territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industrial clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers in the field
- Collaborate closely with inside sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional client support
- Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and regional networking events
What You Bring:
- 3 years of outside sales experience (construction or industrial supply background preferred)
- Proven track record of developing new business and achieving/exceeding quotas
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Florida (up to 70%)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, independent role
- Familiarity with insulation materials, construction sites, or industrial distributors is highly desirable
