Mortgage Treasury Analyst
Direct Hire; up to 70K bonus

Duties
- :Manage daily warehouse lending transactions and funding activities to ensure timely mortgage loan fundin
- gProcess wire requests, returns, re-banks, and funding transactions via warehouse banking partner
- sReview, validate, and upload loan documentation, lock commitments, and funding packages to warehouse bank portal
- sCoordinate funding requests and maintain communication with warehouse banks regarding funding status and exception
- sReceive and process loan purchase notifications and submit corresponding warehouse line paydown request
- sRetrieve and reconcile funding activity, wire reports, and bank transactions from warehouse lender
- sPrepare and post daily journal entries related to funding, cash movements, and warehouse line activit
- yReconcile assigned GL accounts, bank balances, and bank statements, resolving discrepancie
- sMaintain, distribute, and archive treasury, funding, and bank reports in accordance with company procedure
- sProvide backup support for settlement operations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient funding processe
- sSupport objective of funding customer mortgage loans accurately and on time while adhering to internal controls and compliance requirement

Qualification
- s:Associate’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business is A MUST; related Bachelor’s preferr
- ed2 years of experience working in Treasury, preferably within the mortgage indust
- ryStrong Microsoft Office Suite; tech and software sav
- vyHigh degree of personal ethics and integri
- tyStrong attention to detail, stellar organizational skills, and effective communication skil
- lsTeam player with a positive demeanor and a collaborative approa
