Finance Manager

Professional Alternatives has partnered with a well-established, DFW-based manufacturer to identify a Manager or Senior Manager of Finance. Our client is an industry leader with more than 30 years of success, a strong brand reputation, and a commitment to innovation and quality.

The Role

This position plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership and driving financial insight across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of board-level presentations
• Extensive partnership with operations, providing decision support and financial analysis
• Direct reporting relationship to the CFO
• Participation in a wide range of strategic and ad hoc special projects

The Profile

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and business partnership experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience
• 4 years in a leadership or people-management role preferred
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or retail strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required
