The Role
This position plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership and driving financial insight across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of board-level presentations
- Extensive partnership with operations, providing decision support and financial analysis
- Direct reporting relationship to the CFO
- Participation in a wide range of strategic and ad hoc special projects
The Profile
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and business partnership experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience
- 4 years in a leadership or people-management role preferred
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or retail strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required
