The Administrative Assistant position would play a key role in supporting the management of our growing company in the aviation industry. Professional Aircraft Accessories is a FAA certified repair station that overhauls and repairs aircraft engine components. Friendly work environment in a climate controlled facility. Duties would include: Invoicing, Record Keeping, Parts Procurement, Inventory Management, Time tracking for payroll and invoicing, Customer Support, Sales, and Shipping and Receiving.
Hourly wage is determined by experience and education.
Skills required:
- College education preferred, High School Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Have valid drivers license.
- Be able to handle physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, and equipment not in excess of 25 lbs.
