Responsibilities
- Lead engaging small group training sessions and personal training sessions
- Coach members of all ages and fitness levels
- Demonstrate exercises and provide safe modifications when needed
- Learn members’ names and build genuine relationships
- Encourage and motivate members throughout every workout
- Deliver an exceptional member experience every day
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility
- Arrive prepared and ready before every session
- Promote gym events, challenges, supplements, and specialty programs
- Help create a positive, welcoming culture that keeps members coming back

Preferred Qualifications
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) or willingness to obtain
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience coaching group fitness, strength training, athletics, or personal training preferred—but we’re willing to train the right person.

- Greet every member with enthusiasm
- Learn members’ names quickly
- Stay engaged with clients throughout every session
- Demonstrate movements confidently
- Provide positive coaching and constructive feedback
- Create a fun, encouraging training environment
- Keep phones put away while coaching
- Maintain a clean and organized training floor
- Represent Profectus Athletics with professionalism at all times
