Shop Builder / Cabinet Maker

Some nuts and bolts about the job responsibilities:

- Understanding, drawings, and sketches to understand requirements for fabrication.

- Use appropriate measuring tools to prepare layouts.

- Adhere to standards and procedures for construction and woodworking.

- Employ suitable tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.

- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of shop equipment.

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

We’re looking to add someone who embodies the following experience, skills:

- Proficient in cabinet building

- Strong understanding of carpentry and woodworking techniques

- Experience with laminating a plus

- Knowledgeable in the safe operation of hand and power tools

- Skilled in using standard fabrication tools and equipment

- Ability to follow directions and maintain productivity with minimal supervision

- Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team, maintaining a positive attitude
