Freelance Senior Designer Job Description ProExhibits is a global producer of experiential events, exhibits, and architectural environments. We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Designer who understands the power of memorable brand experiences. You are passionate about design, client-focused, and highly skilled at creating immersive environments that make a lasting impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative settings and can translate client goals into powerful, experiential solutions. Responsibilities:  Provide quick and accurate time estimates for design jobs assigned  Lead and/or contribute to client discovery sessions to gather critical design input  Develop bold, strategic design concepts that align with client objectives  Create compelling presentations that clearly communicate the vision and journey of each concept  Ability to design within and uphold ProExhibits’ brand guidelines  Deliver drawing sets or detailed callouts for estimating purposes  Collaborate with sales, estimating, and production teams to align creative solutions with budget and logistical requirements  Present design concepts confidently in both internal and client-facing meetings  Demonstrate openness to collaborate with the Design Director on concept development and to receive constructive feedback Senior Designer Requirements & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Exhibit Design, Interior Design, or Architecture, and/or 5–7 years of relevant experience  Strong understanding of trade show exhibit design and associated cost considerations  Proficiency in 3ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred)  Self-motivated, highly organized, and process-driven with a strong sense of urgency  Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop design solutions that support client business goals  Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional internal teams to deliver best-in-class design solutions  Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with leadership presence in client meetings and a strong focus on client service Please send resume to recruiter@proexhibits.com
