Under the oversight of the Vice President of Operations, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of how ProEgg manages its supply chain from end to end. This internship blends hands-on logistics execution with exposure to strategic operations and process improvement projects that have a direct impact on the organization’s success.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating with outside carriers to schedule, track, and manage shipments.
- Support carrier communication and ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.
- Help maintain and analyze inventory and warehouse data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Learn the fundamentals of procurement, including supplier coordination and order management.
- Gain exposure to private fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and performance tracking.
- Review operational and customer data to perform ad hoc analysis that supports process improvements and strategic decisions.
- Shadow and observe strategic contributors and functional experts across operations, logistics, and administrative functions.
- Spend time with an administrative mentor, attending meetings and observing various leadership styles.
- Participate in the research, delivery, and implementation of assigned projects that contribute to operational excellence.
- Present periodic project updates and findings to leadership.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree Program in Supply Chain or Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
