ProEd is hiring Remote Financial Aid Communication Consultants for the upcoming peak season.
We are looking for professionals with experience in:
• Financial Aid
• Admissions
• Registrar Services
• Student Support
• Higher Education Call Centers
This is a fully remote 1099 opportunity supporting colleges and universities by assisting students and families with financial aid-related questions via phone and email.
Position Details:
• 100% Remote
• Paid twice monthly
• $2 per completed call
• Flexible scheduling within weekday coverage hours
• Minimum 15-hour weekly commitment preferred
• Training and system access provided
Peak season begins ramping up in July, though we support schools year-round. Consultants who are dependable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment tend to do very well with us during peak volume periods.
Experience with Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, FAFSA processing, R2T4, or student services is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train individuals with transferable higher education experience.
A criminal background check is required prior to team assignment.
