ProEdge is now conducting interviews for a proven Call Center Manager who can take our fast-paced, high-volume call center in Lanham, MD to the next level. We will only consider applications from experienced professionals who have a proven track record managing the daily operations of a high volume outbound call center.
REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN A OUTBOUND HOME SERVICES CALL CENTER SETTING.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, train and retain new call center representatives
- Manage, mentor and motivate current and new call center team members
- Train call center team in systems and processes regarding appointment setting and customer service
- Foster effective team communication through individual and team meetings
- Provide strong leadership with consistent coaching and feedback on performance
- Support and communicate the company's goals, quality standards, processes and procedures.
- Track and analyze team performance to improve efficiency and conversion rates
- Communicate and collaborate with Director of Marketing
- Educate and guide the team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
