Position Purpose:
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Product will own most of the product development lifecycle—ideation, strategy, design, development, validation, and post-launch optimization—to enhance the compliance success of our customers. Leading clinical product management, digital product management, R&D (engineering and science), this role will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products customers love.

What this role will accomplish:
- Part of the senior leadership team and reporting to the President, this role will help lead the entire company to achieve goals in culture, profitability, and growth
- Develop and execute product strategies that lead to commercialized value customers love
- Develop and manage multi-year product roadmap in alignment with organization goals
- Own the product development process – ideation, design, development, validation, up to commercialization and then again in post-launch market optimization/improvement.
- Build a high-performing cross-functional teams that are fully integrated within organization vision and culture
- Actively pursue and analyze customer and market feedback throughout the development process and post-market monitoring.
- Maintain deep market, competitive, and customer understanding to identify latent or unstated opportunities, identify risk, and inform strategy.
- Deliver customer, product, and scientific insights for marketing to enhance thought-leader brand
- Undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required
Requirements:
- 4 years in a product leadership role
- 8 years in product management in medical devices or digital health
- Proven track record of creating market-adopted products
- Proven record leading high-trust cultures across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master's in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
- Experience developing digital products and subscription models a plus
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FDA, EPA, ISO 13485) a plus
- Up to 10% travel may be required
- Office Role, Monday-Friday with hybrid flexibility
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range of $180,000 to $220,000 plus annual bonus based on performance/profitability
