We are seeking a experienced, dedicated Assembly Worker to join our small, fast-paced manufacturing company. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with small components and precision equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and finished products with an emphasis on soldering expertise. Must be proficient using hand and power tools and measuring instruments.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions accurately to ensure precise assembly processes.
- Must be able to work with various types of magnification including microscope and Opti-Visor.
- Conduct manual handling tasks, while following safety protocol adherence to prevent injuries.
- Utilize measuring instruments to verify dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards during assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards in production environments.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet production targets and implement process improvements.
Experience
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is required. Certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience soldering and using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and production documents accurately.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
