Responsibilities
- Monitor, assess, and treat critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Administer medications, infusions, and ventilator management per protocol.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions.
- Active California RN License (required)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
