Job Description:
Required Skills -
- Legacy forms extraction (mainframe → structured JSON)
- Data transformation & mapping (schema design, validation)
- Java-based integration services (APIs, business logic)
- Template-driven data population for forms engines (e.g., Quadient)
- Understanding of document/form lifecycle (generation, rendering)
- Batch real-time processing patterns
- Cloud-native deployment (Azure, AKS, CI/CD)
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Lead forms modernization from legacy to Quadient platform
- Own extraction → transformation → integration pipeline
- Design Java services to populate and orchestrate form data
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and template alignment
- Coordinate with downstream forms team (JSON contract alignment)
- Handle performance, scalability, and error handling in pipelines
- Guide team, review mappings/code, and drive delivery
