Director – Product Management & Product Strategy (Unity Health Hub / Easify Pro)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management & Product Strategy to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Unity Health Hub and Easify Pro, a strategic internal platform supporting healthcare operations, member services, and enterprise business functions. This role will serve as the bridge between business, technology, design, and healthcare stakeholders, ensuring that product investments align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and user needs.

The Director will drive enterprise-wide product strategy, champion human-centered design practices, lead cross-functional product teams, and partner with executive stakeholders to deliver innovative digital healthcare solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Unity Health Hub and Easify Pro.
• Align product initiatives with organizational objectives, healthcare transformation goals, and member/provider experience strategies.
• Identify market trends, healthcare technology innovations, and opportunities for product growth and optimization.
• Establish product success metrics, KPIs, and outcome-driven measurement frameworks.

Product Leadership

• Lead a team of Product Managers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Create a product operating model that promotes innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Drive prioritization decisions balancing business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop product talent while fostering a high-performing product culture.

Enterprise Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the senior product leader and primary point of contact for executive leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, roadmap reviews, and governance forums.
• Build strong partnerships across business operations, clinical teams, technology, compliance, security, and customer experience teams.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Healthcare Product Management

• Lead the development and enhancement of healthcare-focused digital products and platforms.
• Ensure products support healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and compliance teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive initiatives that improve provider, member, and employee experiences.

Human-Centered Design & Design Leadership

• Champion Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologies across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and Design leaders to ensure consistent, intuitive, and accessible user experiences.
• Lead customer discovery, user research, journey mapping, and usability testing efforts.
• Establish design governance and product experience standards across platforms.

Product Delivery & Execution

• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure successful product execution.
• Oversee product backlog management, release planning, and prioritization activities.
• Manage product budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Drive Agile and Lean product management best practices.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure solutions adhere to healthcare industry regulations, privacy, and security standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10 years of Product Management experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• 5 years leading enterprise-scale healthcare products or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with one or both platforms - Unity Health Hub and Easify Pro.
• Experience developing and executing product strategy for complex enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated success managing executive and enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, payer/provider environments, or health technology solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline).
• Experience within health insurance, healthcare services, or healthcare technology organizations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
• Experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Product certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Institute, or SAFe Product Management.
