We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as our primary technical subject matter expert and sales enablement partner. This role will partner with our Sales team, helping to articulate ProductPlan’s overall value and proposition.
The Senior Solutions Consultant will help organizations understand best practices around ProductPlan and its value in their workflow and strategy. While you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, you’ll be operating as a solo contributor—owning the Solutions Consulting function end-to-end within a highly collaborative, creative, and driven environment that values heart, humility, and hustle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the ProductPlan platform
- Participate in technical demonstrations and coordinate multiple technical resources
- Work with the Sales team to close new business by addressing prospects’ technical challenges
- Enable new Sales team members for success and transforming them into ProductPlan experts through training and support
- Collaborate with fellow team members as well as internal/external stakeholders to meet project milestones
- Own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration and close
- Gather and communicate customer and partner feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and usability improvements
- Collaborate with Marketing to support webinars, content development, and outbound messaging with solution-focused insights
- Develop and refine internal resources, demo environments, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality pre-sales experiences
- Own all security related items
Required Experience, Education, & Skills:
- 3 years of sales engineering/solution consulting experience
- 2 years product and/or product management experience
- Previous experience working with sales teams to close new business by addressing prospects’ technical challenges
- Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master ProductPlan’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, both in-person and through virtual meetings, direct message, email, etc.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive project
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise sales processes, with experience influencing complex buying decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize meaningful information from ambiguous data
- Experience acting as a technology evangelist
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 Commission
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team. Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
