We're looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead this critical transition and scale our capabilities to meet the demands of larger organizations.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and decisive Senior Product Manager to drive our product strategy, development, and go-to-market execution. Your primary mission will be to take our existing SaaS platform and apply best practices to transform it into enterprise-ready software—focusing on scalability, security, integrations, and advanced feature sets. This requires a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to dive deep into the product's mechanics from day one.
Key Responsibilities
🗺️ Strategy & Roadmap Execution
- Own and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a specific focus on SaaS readiness and scalability and alignment with the Microsoft technology stack.
- Work closely with Executives to align the product roadmap with core business objectives and financial targets, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Prioritize feature development and enhancements based on market need, business impact, and technical feasibility, maximizing ROI.
- Clearly define user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for all product initiatives.
🛠️ Deep Product Immersion & Technical Engagement
- Hit the ground running by actively engaging with the product, including handling initial support tickets and shadowing customer success calls to quickly diagnose product workflows and pain points.
- Conduct technical deep dives to understand current system architecture and limitations, particularly around data models and integrations.
- Collaborate daily with the Engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery following agile methodologies.
🗣️ Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the central communication hub and stakeholder manager between all internal teams.
- Synthesize insights from the Sales and Success teams regarding customer pain points, competitive landscape, and enterprise client needs.
- Lead the successful launch and go-to-market for new enterprise features and product iterations.
- Work closely with the VP of Engineering to drive execution, and ship features and updates at pace.
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 5 years of direct Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a progression to a Senior role.
- Demonstrated experience building, transforming, and taking a product or major feature set to market.
- Proven experience in transforming a product into an enterprise-ready solution (e.g., implementing SSO, audit logs, complex role-based access controls, advanced APIs, SOC2 compliance).
- Strong technical acumen and experience working with products built on the Microsoft tech stack (e.g., C#, .NET, Azure).
- Exceptional ability to communicate and influence at all levels, from engineers to executives.
Technical Skills (Highly Desired)
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with SQL database queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Bonus: Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks or analyze system behavior.
- Basic understanding of SOC 2 compliance principles and how they influence software development and data security best practices.
