We are currently seeking Part-Time Job Coaches to join our Employment Services Team in Perham.

As a Job Coach, you will support individuals with disabilities in their workplaces by helping them:
- Learn and perform job duties
- Build workplace skills and confidence
- Maintain successful employment
- Develop independence on the job
- Grow and succeed in their careers
