About the Role
We're hiring a Fulfillment Manager to lead the floor at our DFW fulfillment center — including a custom fulfillment program we're building for one of the most recognized global premium coffee brands in the world. This is a hands-on, people-first leadership role. You'll lead a team running high-volume D2C e-commerce fulfillment for some of the most recognized brands in the country, including a custom program we're building for a top-tier global brand.
If you've led people in a warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution center, 3PL, or e-commerce operation — and you take pride in building strong teams and running a tight ship — we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and warehouse associates across kitting, picking, packing, and shipping
- Set the daily game plan — assign work, balance labor across shifts, and keep your team focused on hitting daily goals
- Walk the floor every day, solve problems in real time, and stay connected to what's actually happening with your team
- Be the operational face of Productiv to our client leadership — own KPI reporting, lead operational reviews, and represent the team in client conversations.
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and pride in the work
- Build the bench — train associates into leads, leads into supervisors, and grow your team from within
- Handle scheduling, attendance, coaching conversations, and basic performance management
- Partner with Client Services and Program Managers to support new program launches and seasonal peaks
- Keep standard operating procedures (SOPs) sharp and look for simple ways to improve flow and accuracy
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution center, 3PL, or e-commerce operation
- Proven success managing and developing teams of 15 associates
- Strong people leadership skills — you know how to coach, hold people accountable, build trust, and bring out the best in a team
- Comfortable using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and reading basic operational reports
- Calm, steady presence under pressure with strong communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required — bachelor's degree is a plus but not required (your experience counts more)
- Willingness to work on-site in Grapevine, TX with flexibility during peak periods
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off (PTO) and holidays
- Real career growth — we promote from within and we mean it
- Direct access to decision-makers — no corporate ladder to climb just to get an answer
- A team that solves problems together at a company that's actually growing
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required to apply
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
