Job Summary:
Operate painting equipment, paint product, and maintain paint booths and associated equipment. Working conditions are often noisy, hot, or cold with industrial odors and dust present in the workplace.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Following direction from powder coat lead to paint, powder coat various products.
- Follows all Production Technologies safety programs and requirements.
- Follow company PPE guidelines.
- Maintains, organizes, and cleans equipment and the work area.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Powder Coat/Paint experience preferred.
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely use and lift equipment weighing 50 pounds.
- Must have enough manual dexterity and stability as required for precision work.
- Ability to work standing up to 10 hours per day.
Safety Requirements:
- Safety Glasses.
- ANSI Safety Toe Footwear.
- Wear full length pants.
- Wear a respirator as needed.
- Hearing Protection as needed
