What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group/Community Employment Supervisor position at Production Services Unlimited, Inc.?
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to provide supervision to our community employment teams. These teams provide employment support services to individuals with developmental disabilities that work in community integrated work settings.
The ESS is responsible for:
- Providing support to staff in an effort to assist each client we serve with meeting their identified outcomes and goals.
- Coordinating with staff to ensure all clients' needs are covered.
- To be the agency liaison for the employment sites in the community and to ensure quality services are provided for the contract.
- Ensuring the completion of daily documentation as required by the agency and state and federal rules.
- Communicate unusual incidents or changes in behavior to the Director of Services and/or team.
- Ensure health and safety of those individuals in services
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in related field, preferred
- 1-2 years of successful employment in the field of working with adults/students with developmental disabilities
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screening
- Have reliable transportation with, at least, state min. required auto insurance
- Good driving history
