Essential Functions
- Responsible for gathering, consolidating, and reviewing of monthly reports for assigned location.
- Will input and reconcile all fixed assets to the ledger.
- Responsible for retiring all fixed assets that were disposed of or sold.
- Accurately prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents for management.
- Prepares all necessary journal entries on a monthly basis.
- Review subsidiary financial transmissions for accuracy and completeness prior to posting into Oracle (Fusion).
- Assist in year-end audits.
- Special projects as required.
- Detail-oriented and a diligent working attitude is essential.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting; public accounting experience a plus
- Strong ERP systems experience
- Strong computer skills, particularly as it relates to data manipulation and financial modeling in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookups, etc)
- Ability to work well with others, both inside and outside of Finance (Auditors, Ops, Purchasing, IT, etc), while managing strict timelines and deadlines
- BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance required

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
