PPF is a full-production casting foundry working exclusively in clean, versatile aluminum alloys.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supervising technicians, minimizing equipment downtime, and ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support maintenance technicians in daily repair and preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
- Oversee maintenance of hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and power units.
- Coordinate fabrication and welding repairs, equipment modifications, and custom part fabrication as needed.
- Assist with troubleshooting CNC machines and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and inventory using maintenance software.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Qualifications
- Five years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
- Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Experience with welding, fabrication, and hydraulic repair.
- CNC and PLC experience is a plus.
- Proficient with maintenance software and preventive maintenance programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
