Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when necessary
Experience
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Familiarity with renovating, stucco, plaster, carpentry, concrete finishing, hand tools, fixture installation, trim carpentry, and drywall
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
Note: Experience in all the mentioned areas is not required but preferred. Training can be provided for specific skills if needed.
