Duties
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for all orders
- Maintain production schedules, anticipating potential roadblocks and proactively solving them
- Collaborate closely with production managers for each department, as well as client relations
- Implement and refine production workflows, tools, and best practices to increase efficiency, including staying up-to-date with industry advancements
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
