What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Financial Officer position at Production Development Systems, LLC?
- Oversee all day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements
- Process payroll in accordance with company policy
- Ensure payroll deductions and taxes are paid in accordance with regulations
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts
- Maintain cash flow projections and report to the President and CFO any critical issues
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff while promoting accountability and continuous improvement
- Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain financial record keeping in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements
- Prepare periodic job cost reports ensuring they reconcile with financial statements
- Support leadership with financial analysis, KPI reporting, and strategic planning
- Assist with annual budgeting, capital planning, and special financial projects
- Manage relationships with external CPAs, banks, and insurance agents
- Complete quarterly borrowing base certificate to stay in compliance with the line of credit
- Assist external CPA with preparation of the annual tax return
- Participate as a key member of the leadership team within our EOS operating framework
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
