Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Avon, OH. The Project Manager will oversee projects from scoping through completion, coordinating timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery for customers in regulated manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include gathering and clarifying requirements with internal stakeholders and clients, developing project plans, and tracking tasks, milestones, and dependencies. The role will also involve managing vendor and supplier interactions, preparing documentation, and ensuring projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Project Manager will regularly communicate status updates, manage risks and issue resolution, and support continuous improvement in project processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong project planning and execution abilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management in a technical or industrial environment.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders with clear, proactive communication and follow-through.
- Comfort working with manufacturing, distribution, or engineering-related projects, ideally within electronics, medical device, aerospace, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to document requirements, maintain project records, and support compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Teams, or comparable platforms).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to work remotely managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Prior experience in static control, cleanroom, or similar controlled-environment projects is a plus.
