We are seeking a highly qualified Procurement Manager located in our Grapevine, TX 76051 office. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead a team of buyers and sourcing agents to drive procurement operations, vendor performance, and inventory efficiency across multiple U.S. distribution facilities. Responsibilities:.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process including planning, sourcing, negotiation..
- Evaluate suppliers and vendors to ensure best value and quality of products and services.
- Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to develop and support procurement initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to inform purchasing decisions and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand their purchasing

- Perform internal inventory transfers
- Develop measures to monitor vendor performance and implement strategies to address underperformance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience required in purchasing or procurement
- Proven experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Manager
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Proficient in using procurement software and systems. SAP Business One a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of vendor managed inventory (VMI) programs
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Lead and motivate a team of purchasing professionals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
