Clinic Manager
We are looking for a proactive Clinical Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead our clinic operations. Would you like to be part of our dedicated team?
Your core responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the operational and financial performance of your locations.
- Leading and developing a growing, diverse team.
- Communicating the company vision and fostering team motivation.
- Daily and weekly monitoring of revenue targets and closing rates for sales staff and clinicians.
- Oversight of clinic budgets and targets, analysis of results, and implementation of optimisation measures.
- Building trusted relationships with patients and passionately supporting them on their journey to a more confident smile.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all sales processes and follow-up procedures.
- Handling escalated patient concerns and complex issues.
- Coordinating on-site teams including sales, dental assistants, and doctors; managing staffing needs and creating work schedules.
- Contributing to recruitment, onboarding, structured feedback, and where necessary, offboarding.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and high hygiene standards.
- Participating in marketing activities, influencer visits, and photoshoots, including possible social media video content.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining an impeccable clinic appearance, reflected in a high NPS.
Your profile:
- More than five years of professional experience in a comparable management role.
- Proven expertise in leading sales teams.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work autonomously.
- Solid knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets).
