Chief of Staff

Our Client is hiring a Chief of Staff to be the CEO's right hand. The team is growing extremely fast and needs a force multiplier who can take strategic projects and run them end-to-end across growth, fundraising, hiring, expansion, customer success, and operational infrastructure.

You'd work directly with Zach (CEO) on whatever moves the needle most. Day-to-day shifts between customer-facing work (onboarding, activation, support for Calm, Whisprflow, Locket, comparable), operational infrastructure builds (processes, automations, tools), and strategic projects (events, recruiting, growth initiatives). The goal is to do whatever it takes to help Helium 10x's revenue over the next 3 months.

• Strategic projects across growth, fundraising, hiring, and expansion (CEO's force multiplier)
• Customer onboarding, activation, and support for Helium's enterprise customers
• Operational infrastructure: build the processes, automations, and tools for the next 1,000 customers
• Spec product improvements based on customer and team feedback
• Special projects (growth, events, recruiting) that are strategically important
  
  
  

Must-Have

1. 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced operations environment (startups, consulting, banking, comparable)
2. Demonstrated track record of building things, launching projects, and shipping on tight timelines
3. Brings order to chaos: organized, structural thinker who can turn a messy problem into a plan
4. Top 1% communicator: clear, well-liked, navigates tricky high-conflict situations with tact
5. Low ego: jumps on bugs, takes late-night support tickets, does whatever it takes

Nice-to-Have

• Background in a high-intensity environment (consulting, banking, startup, sport, military)
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup
• AI-native daily usage: uses AI tools to 10x output while maintaining high standards
• Strong academic signal (SAT/ACT score, top university)
